If for any reason your new wheels arrive not as described, either due to a manufacturing defect or to shipping damage, we offer the following two options:
- We will happily replace the damaged wheels free of charge to you. We will even pay for both the shipping charges back to us AND the shipping of the new wheels to you*.
- We will give you a COMPLETE 100% refund upon product return and we cover the cost of return shipping.
*Please note that each wheel is photographed and its condition is documented before shipment and filed by our diligent staff. This is to provide fairness in damage disputes and protect us from malicious claims.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the wheels are the correct size and that they will fit the vehicle. We do our best to research the fitment applications which are posted above for your convenience, so please use that to verify the wheels will fit your car.
If, however, the buyer decides to return wheels otherwise free of any defects or damage, the wheels must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to the order. Finally, the buyer bears full responsibility for shipping charges back to us.
Items must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Once tires are mounted the rims are considered used and we cannot offer a refund for used wheels.
Please beware that the wheels WILL bear witness marks if they are fitted with tires!
